"I have done purchase of 22 carat Hallmark Gold earrings on 25th Feb 2024 from Navratan Jewellers Sector 18 Noida. I was not given any hardcopy bill or receipt, not even jeweller phone number or visiting card. Navratan Jewellers told me that they will send me ebill via email and WhatsApp within an hour as the person who gives printout wasn't available. But 3 days have passed and I haven't received any bill neither on my email nor on my WhatsApp. I figured out a number from Google and tried calling that. But nobody is answering. I have even dropped a message but no response. I am highly disappointed and have a feeling whether I chose the right jewellor not."
